Introduction
In any companies, the executives, managers or leader have great impact to the operation and business activities of the company. The affects mostly come from the personality and leadership style of managers. A good leader with a good leadership style can make the employees work with a good attitude and performance of the firm is good as well. In contrast, bad leadership could make the operation of company goes bad. Therefore, caring attitude to staff and the results have great impact to the company.
From the above things about the relation between leadership styles and performance of firm, our group hypothesized that there is a certain relation between MBTI and leadership style. Personality is supposed to greatly affects how one interacts with others and therefore how one acts as a leader of that group. To make it clear, we have done a study by using survey with 30 people in wide range of age, sex and many kinds of job also society class. To do this, we have used two tests using secondary data to verify this hypothesis.

1. Personality
Life is surrounding with people who success or failure, have an important position in life or simple just a worker, famous or no name in this world. Many people wondering what the main point of making those people so different and so do us, we sometime doing something unlike anybody in the world. Personality is the main of many point make us do that. It makes us become who we are, different and better in our own ways. It also becomes the definition of us among 6 billion people in the world.
Personality is also very important to our life and appears in every function of each human. It contains plenty of characteristic and influences them by reaching with environment
