Leadership and its effects on part time Coaches

Introduction For my independent study I will concentrate on Leadership in Sport Clubs & Organisation, and what it takes to be a leader. Will look at how one person can actually lead the whole group players or organisation successfully. Will look into man management, all necessary traits need to actually be a leader. And I will explore some facts about famous quote is it true that Great Leaders Are Born and not made? Section 1 Scope research will concentrate mainly of Leadership’s In Sport Organisations and clubs and how successfully they are applied from day to day basis. Also will look into dealing with various staff and players on daily basis, and many problems and challenges leader can encounter. Further will look into the effects of good and bad leadership it has on Sport Club as whole including players & Staff. For Limitations in my study research will look at some of leaders may have in leading of players & organisations, some of limitations are wrong leadership style, wrong tactics, no management traits etc. Limitations that can hinder progress of developing leader, such as lack of revenue, lack of training, ineffective man management methods, all the limitations that will cut the progress of creating a leader within company which will have direct effect on Sport Business Revenues. Section 2 will focus on applying the leadership qualities in real life example and the effect of Leadership it has on sports players or participants to improve their performance.
