that you are willing go down to their level and stick by them, it will give them a better appreciation of your commitment to them and this in turn will give them a reason to follow you. I expect nothing but the best. They should expect the same from me also. Commitment rounds out my leadership philosophy.
Once my philosophy is establish, I will stick by it and not falter. I will commit to it and implement it with everyday tasks and functions. I believe no one wants to follow a Leader if he/she doesn’t believe in his/her own philosophy. This is why I believe I have to be 100% committed in my leadership guidance. My subordinate will know how well they met my standard by how well their evaluations are. Did they follow direction? Was it done in a timely manner? Was protocol being followed? Was it professionally completed? These are some of the many question I would ask myself and find answer to when I check up on my
subordinates. Leaders in a leadership position plays an important roles in the structure of the NCO support channel. The main objective is to accomplish the mission successfully. This is why an outstanding Leadership Philosophy is set in place and used. We all want a strong leader so the philosophy has to be strong also. I believe by combining these three elements, it will make the Leadership Philosophy that much more solid of a model to follow.
