Many meat packaging companies like yours, are there for processing meat from the animals such as pigs, cows, chicken, turkey, and so on. People may think that the meat that people buy from the market are safe, but what they don't know is the fact that sometimes even the meat on the floor are packaged with the clean meat. The fact is, regulations are needed for this problem, because without regulations many people will become sick. This is a great problem, thus it is my opinion that a solution is necessary. In my opinion a class should be started for all the worker at your factory, and they should be taught that meat that are on the floor should not be packaged with the good meet. The bad meat should first be cleaned before being re packaged, thus resulting in less problematic sickness from unclean meat. Once the meat is cleaned, there will be a significantly depletion of people dying from the food that they eat. You may think that this will be expensive to do, the fact is it won't really cost that much. In fact, all you have to do is find one of the many managers that you already have hired to do the teaching. Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program can be a three-year journey of life changing experiences that build character and leadership. I was a sophomore when I first join JROTC, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Throughout my student life being a cadet, I was challenged physically, mentally, and emotionally. But I was able to learn more about teamwork and leadership. The curriculum consists of practical exercises that directly target an individual’s leadership and character. First of all, I display excellent leadership skills. For example, in JROTC I am the 1st Sergeant and it isn't a rank that just anyone could get. I am responsible for correcting uniform violations, the accountability for all cadets in Alpha company , as well as taking control of the company in the absence of all officers. Being the 1st Sergeant takes a lot of discipline and attention to the job because if something goes left it all falls on me. During school I was involved in band since fifth grade and to this day band has been one of my favorite classes in school. When I started marching band in ninth grade, something I will never forget was being able to play in the Harvest of Harmony parade and compete at a state competition. From what I learned in band I have the privilege to be able to play the trumpet with the music group at my church the instruments I play are the piano, drums, and the trumpet.
