Introduction
Project Management is defined as the assembly of tasks-analyzing, planning, managing, securing, leading and allocating the resources according to the requirement of the project. Every producer should follow the organized path of Project Management. Producers at different levels vow to lead multifaceted management ways as the project criteria demands. Some internal & external factors work on which project is dependent to gain or loose. Project management is a coordinated device to impact these factors. Therefore, selection of correct project management stands the key to successfully meet the project criterias.
A lot of Project Management methods have been formulated so far. However, this paper intends to discuss the principles, tools, processes & limitations of Lean Production Delivery System (LPDS) on the Project Management where it is acted upon.

Once it was found that typical time-cost-quality balancing standard was insufficient in terms of practical applications in the project management. In 1992, Lauri Koskela urged the reform to get rid of this standard in his formative tasks. Ballard & Howell at the end of the twentieth century successively put effort to redefine the
