Nia’s overconfidence is preventing her from completing her assignment to standard. I feel that Nia would have benefited greatly had she adjusted her learning patterns. She could have concentrated more on her Precise skill by asking for guidance on the assignment, and less on her Confluence which had her doing things her own way. Instead of using one of her skills over the other, she should have tethered her three Use First skills. By allowing her strengths to work together as opposed to relying on them independently, her assignments would be more on par with what is expected. She also needs to learn how to control her level of confidence. Confidence is a great asset, especially in the military, but it prevents you from
