INTRODUCTION
This project work is intended for those who are interested in learning English with the help of new technologies. One of this technologies is the usage of authentic video for creation cross-cultural bridge and for formation listening and speaking skills, learning vocabulary and grammar.
The aim of our work is to create an instruction on how to work with authentic video and to share our own experience on working with the British series “Extra English”. Working on the project we’re very interested in answering the following questions: Is it really useful to watch authentic video for learning vocabulary? What are the benefits of using this technology? Is it available for everybody? Do you need any special skills? The topicality of the work is determined by the importance and a perpetual interest of the problem of the usage authentic video in learning English language.
