What are the general expectations for all members of the team?
• It will be expected that every team member maintain an open line of communication during the process.
• As a team we will feel comfortable to ask questions and share opinions/views on various topics relating to team projects.
• Every member must be committed to the time allotted for team meetings. (Attendance is crucial, unless given notice beforehand in which arrangements can be made)
• Hard deadlines will be set and every member must contribute to ensure the success of the overall project.
• If a member in the team runs into a problem, those issues must be voiced ahead of time so an action plan can be put in place.
• It will be discussed amongst the team the best method to disseminate information (i.e. via email, Skype, tango, conference call, etc.)
• Due to the fact that most team assignments are due to the professor every Monday night before 11:59 pm, it is proposed that each team project be submitted to each team member Saturday at 11:59 pm which will a lot for time if revisions, modifications, clarification or questions are raised by other team members.
• When a member submit their work that body of work should be in finalized form (meaning checked for grammar, punctuation, plagiarism, spell check, APA rules etc.)
• The leader of the group will be responsible to put the finalized document together (document which includes every member’s contribution). Once the finalized project is compiled by the leader the finalized document which will be submitted to the professor should be made available to each team member that Sunday 6pm before due date.
• Each member is encouraged to participate in discussions, whereas it fosters an environment in which trust is built, there is an even exchange of ideas and experiences.
• It is important that each member take pride in their Learning Team Work submission as if it were an individual assignment in which
