• Expect a lot of the work will be done out of the classroom • Participation is crucial

– Yes: Foundations of Finance, basic accounting & statistics
– No: Equity Valuation, Financial Modeling and Analysis
• No laptops in class or during exams, (financial) calculators are sufficient
– Free to use others spreadsheets but be responsible for your valuations and analysis
