According to this context, this girl is not receiving adequate health care. This is because the girl is again returned to the hospital with the same condition she was therein before. This therefore clearly shows that the girl was not properly diagnosed since they were to examine her keenly even admit her to the hospital for further medication instead of allowing her to go home.
The girl should be allowed to see a primary care physician to diagnose her again of her condition and clearly give a direction on proper medication before the disease becomes acute and help the save the life of this little girl.
Everyone should be entitled to a basic minimum health care. This will also enable those who are poor to have access to health care services to help the safe life of those who get poor services because they cannot afford better medical services.

I can say that health care has become a necessity rather than a luxury.
