She stated that about 8 Months ago she was informed that an investigation has been opened against because she did not reported that Mark Radford lives in her home, even though she had told the investigator that he was not living in her home.

The investigator, Dee WURZBURG visited her home and interviewed some neighbors, very embarrassing she said, but she never notified or called her to let her know the result of the investigation, she was informed recently by Eden Ferrel, Manager at the SSP Hillsboro Branch who stated has received an email from Melanie Pickerell, Compliance Specialist 2, Overpayment Writing Unit notifying her that both cases, TANF and SNAP, need to be closed.
Ruby stated has been trying to contact both, the Investigator and the Over Payment Specialist, but nobody returned her calls.

She wants to know what is the status of the investigation and if she has an overpayment.
