The plaintiff most respectfully states as follows: 1. That the plaintiff is a reputed businessman lives in house no B24 Mirpur 10 Dhaka.. 2. That the defendant is also a businessman lives in House No. C-54 Amin Bazar, Savar, Dhaka. 3. That the plaintiff has a plot of 20 decimal in Amin Bazar near the defendant’s house. 4. That the plaintiff pays all kinds of Government taxes and revenues of that plot. 5. That the defendant wants to buy that land for many days. 6. That the plaintiff alaways refuses to sell that land. 7. That the defendant on 10th June 2011 forcefully take over the possassion of the land. 8. That thebdefendants does not possess any legal document to claim the land.
Now the plaintiff most respectfully prays as follows: 1. Give a decree under Sec. 8 of the Specific Relief Act 1877 for the recovery of the possession of the property. 2. Cost for suit in favor of the plaintiff. 3. Any other order as the plaintiff may get by equality or by law.
