2. Provide a one-paragraph example from your experience or the textbook readings of a manager who executed an ethically sound decision.
My experience, I was hired at a flower company, my first day was on a sunday I didn’t have nobody there to trained me for the job, I suffered to understand what I needed to be doing to get the job done the other workers where new hiring too. I called a manager and explained about what happen she said that she was going to do something about it that she would provide me with a trainer. I work for a week then i quit the job because she never did provide me a trainer. I waited for my check they never paid me for the time and hours I spend working for the company till today
Another experience is I went to a store to buy lotion and soap etc.
the owner sell item that are already expired, he been doing it for a very long time because I heard people complain about him selling them products that are expired. I went to buy stuff I totally forget about all the rumors until i get home and i started reading the item description i was shock because of the date they been expired is years not months but he still take a chance and sell it. I returned my item and he refused to give me a refund back for it, I take it to the next level by threatening him about calling the police and tell them how he’s been violating the law.
3. Provide a one-paragraph example from your experience or the textbook readings of a manager who demonstrated social responsibility.
An example of a social responsibility is a person who wants to create community connections, by committing a portion of funds to cover the cost of socially responsible programs. Donations, community events and sustainable products all cost money and making sure the capital is there to spend. create community connection by finding out what the people of the community need and help provide that for them. This could include anything from youth to women’s shelters, free help with taxes or soup
kitchen.
