Bernard takes Lenina out on a helicopter date up over the West looking out at the breathtaking view of the World State. The feelings that Bernard has for Lenina are growing stronger and more complicated because remember, feeling love or such strong emotions are unheard of therefore Bernard does not know how to act around her for fear of offending her or coming on too strong.
