One week ago, I’ve faced the most difficult task in my life, because, as you know I am a very shy person. For just one single day I’ve become a teacher, I must admit at the beginning, this task was very simple, at the end I found myself with a lot of job ahead of me ,because; I haven’t any single idea that how to be a teacher in front of a class. So, I was doomed. I made a lot of research that how to prepare a class, how to stand in a classroom, how to speak with the people in the classroom, even how to get dressed for that day. For real I was lost.…

I achieved my learning outcome by doing many practice using this skill in this semester for mid-term such as fast food and how to make chocolate. My evidence that I have achieved in this skill was in week 11 I use my notes to write a summary of a lecture which I listened to about Jamie Olive discusses the unhealthy eating habits of children in the united states. However, at the beginning of the semester I was not able to do at this skill but now I can use my notes to write a summary of a lecture l have listened to. I used many strategies to develop the learning outcome. For example, I got a useful application called TED from APP Store which was included many lecture about different types such as technology, entertainment, design, education and health so I listened to some lecture and take notes then used it to write a summary. Moreover, I learn how to take notes in a way that is helpful and faster. For example, I use some special letter and symbols to save time and try to break the notes into topics or chapters in order.…

I am rarely in the company of my nieces. In their presence, I bombard them with advice. Whether they need or want the guidance, I am not sure. I have never bothered to ask. Although the nieces that I speak of did not grow up with their fathers in the household, I believe they grew up loved and actually feeling loved, with no shortage of advice. Honestly, I do not think this flood of information is for them, it is for me. For that 12, 16, 20 and 25-year-old part of me that I did not leave behind. I serve up guidance that I needed at those ages. Of course, I did not know something was amiss until those ages had long passed.…
