to come out. She became very combative and screaming by saying in Spanish that no one was going to make her come out the restroom. Security personnel went inside and had to go hands on and was able to place the patient in a wheel chair with one officer on each side, we escorted her back to her room #5118. Once in the room, the patient was still being aggressive and refused to comply. Security staff held her at bedside until the patient’s Nurse Yolette Dula came in and applied a medical belt restraint to her and placing mittens on her hands. The patient calmed down and Security Staff then released her after being told by nursing staff that everything was ok and our presence was no longer needed.
At 0040 hours, Security exited the room and no one was injured during this incident, but Security had to go hands on and escorted the patient back to her room. All cleared, nothing further to report at this time.
