Comrade Snowball, As you are acquainted, my leadership over animal farm is victorious...I came to acknowledge the appropriate method to be in the position I am now (absolute power). Clearly, you need some of MY advice on how to do things right. Not that it’ll make a difference, but here it goes for future references. The expression, “doing it correctly” is obviously something you are unfamiliar with, and here I am...once again to lecture you, the way it’s always been. First of all, you should apprehend that the only reason I did my army of dogs, was so that I would be followed. Violence and force is an approach that will always work. Animals fear you, and so they obey your orders. When you directed the first rebellion, nothing went good. There was no organization and poor arrangements were made. Contrary to what you did, my revolt was an entire success. The goal was achieved at the Battle of Windmill because we had great organization and skillful strategies. For a leader to have a favorable outcome, is to be aggressive, determined and powerful. Not only do you need those characteristics but you also have to have a lot of propaganda, which was something you were largely missing. Lucky for me, I had Squealer who is a loyal comrade and is ALWAYS making me more popular amongst the animals. You have to take certain actions so that other animals don’t only see you as a normal animal but as an animal to look up to...such as I am. You know the real truth about me, and I demand silence or if not, you’ll be expelled from the farm. In this regime, you have to cooperate in every possible way and I already have a plan: If an animal doesn’t work, he or she will be of no use to us anymore. If I do expel you, I am warning you that you are no longer welcome in this farm. If you do decide to come back I will do anything in my power to get rid of you. Past experiences have shown that I am much more capable than you are, and will probably beat you down one more time. I
