I appreciate this opportunity to provide further background information in support of my application for the bachelor’s program in business administration-economics and management taught in English language starting in the academic year 2013/14 at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice in Italy. I studied higher secondary degree in business studies from board of intermediate and secondary education, Dhaka, Bangladesh in the year 2008. I obtained CGPA 3.60 on a scale of 4.00.I strongly believe that my educational background, and deep interest in the chosen field of study make me a very good candidate for the program.
A very obvious reason why the Ca' Foscari is an attractive university is its internationality. This program aims to teach students how to perform accounting, marketing, selling, finance and organizational tasks within private and public companies. The curriculum in Economics and Management, fully taught in English, provides students with an international education and combines management and economics (theory, methods and models), and legal, mathematical as well as statistical subjects. Moreover, this curriculum equips students with any useful tools needed to find employment in the European and international market and to proceed to study in international Master’s Programmes. The Ca' Foscari being already very international, the university has a high percentage of international students. I love to be among international students because it is a great possibility to broaden my horizon and get in touch with people I would normally never have the chance to meet. Getting to know different cultures and habits as well as different opinions and tastes, corresponds strongly to my nature. That is why I see my strengths in the field of communication and conversation.
Another good reason for me to join the Ca' Foscari is its high standard of education. The education is respected for its way of inter disciplinarily and thus ranked
