As the Principal, I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Aparna for your masters program.
Although my interaction with her had been limited over the period of four years she was with us, whenever we had conversed, she had not failed to impress me with her innovative ideas. I remember her as a bright young student with a lot of prospect and over time she had proved us the same.
She had been a very dedicated student earning fee scholarship for the four years she studied in my college. Her dedication didn’t limit her to excel in her academics. She was equally proactive in her co-curricular activities, especially in the area of music.
I am sure she is going to excel in the field she has chosen. She has a very strong character with a lot of enthusiasm and honesty. She will be an asset to whichever institution she chooses to join, just like she had been an asset to ours.
She had been a consistent performer in the team, often burning the late night lamp to prepare for the day ahead. She had the habit of identifying and preparing for contingencies from beforehand. This could only be the result of a clear foresight, and she had this in plenty. A number of proposals on how to avoid about future debacles had indeed helped the team as a whole. This clear foresight comes from deep understanding of the process and the system. It was good to have an employee with such rare qualities in my team.
She quickly gained the confidence of both her team members and her superiors as the person on whom they could depend on in times of crisis. Her acute keenness towards her work had made her successfully complete several tasks with favorable results, in spite of deadline pressures by clients.
