ABOUT: Not carrying wood chipper blades
This is to advise you that we have decided that we will not be carrying your wood chipper blades with our line.
While your blades are of decent quality, we do not feel that the quality of steel used to make them will hold an edge. We hold our line to very high standards. While the blades have a market it is just not the right fit for us.. However we would be glad to look at future products and see if they are a fit with our company.
If you need any information in the future, you may contact:

Dear Mr. Akira Yamoto:
Allow us to extend
Our sincere salutations,
As the end of the year approaches, we have been evaluating your mid-range blades. They are made of lower quality steel and not at the range that we need them to be at to run with our line at this time.
Your products have been great in the past and I am assured they will continue to be. I invite you to send me future products from your company to review. We sincerely hope that we can continue to do business in the future.
Please keep us on your mailing list. We wish the Tokyo Blade Company much success and look forward to reading about its accomplishments.
Please accept our gratitude for your
Many kindnesses to our firm,
