In the 21th century, the pace of life, especially in big cities, speeds up and impacts people’s quality of life. This is usually followed by enormous pressure which will cause many bad behaviors, no appetite and even life-threatening diseases. So how to reduce stress is a noteworthy issue to discuss. Today's society has many accidents caused by unreleased pressure, this overwhelming force is also the origin of social problem. Thus, I will provide with my opinion about stress and the ways to ease great pressure.
In the beginning , I have to acknowledge that temperate stress can provide people with a power to finish what they should do. But the excess of pressure will break the balance of reason, making person gets mad. So how to achieve a balance in stress I have some advice. Nowadays people from different position have different pressure, for example, the students have to face their schoolwork, parents have to face family functioning and the bosses have to face companies’ operation …..etc. However, the ways to reduce stress are almost the same, such as jogging, traveling, balanced diet and talking ……etc. there are so many ways you can google and use it, but the best one, my favorite, I think is smelling the fragrance of flowers and consider what is your next step of your life. With the fragrance around you can make you temporarily forget the difficulty you met and have a clear thinking, then considering makes you no longer anxious about your future.
Excess of pressure is one of serious problems in society, we should positively face it and create an effective system to solve it. Everyone has their own pressure and also has their own ways to reduce stress, but not everyone can absolutely tide over the difficulties. Stress reduction is not only personal work but also team work, if you want to make the community better, it would be the most important issue to discuss and value!
