STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
IEES has served its fellow Isabelenos for many decades, Produce productive and competitive individuals. Despite fast growing population of the student, and the demands of this techno-age. The institution encountered some problems: 1. Difficulty in keeping the students grade because still using on manual way, i.e. class records, Microsoft Excel. 2. Maintaining security and accuracy of student’s grades and data information. 3. Difficulty to track its student grade. Objective of the Study
The researcher formed consistent and specific aims in conducting the study that enabled the IEES faculty to have an impartial and detached structure that can answer the problems attached.
General Objectives:
To Develop a Grade System which enables the faculty and the school to keep the grades of the students and to access it easily.
Specific Objectives: 1. To offer ease for the faculty in keeping their student grades. 2. To maintain security of the students grades and other information. 3. To track easily the students grades when needed by the teacher or the students.
Definition of Terms:
* Grades Conceptually, a teacher's evaluation of a student's performance in class.
Operationally, refers to the data that is going to be save in the system. * Faculty/ Teacher
Conceptually, a person who provides education for pupils (children) and students (adults).
Operational – Refers to the individual who are going to access the system. * Grading System
Conceptual - refer to a set of rules that governs structure and/or behavior. Alternatively, and usually in the context of complex social systems, the term institution.
