Lighthouse Info Systems (LHS) is one of the pioneer industries in IT sector with over 200 distinguished clients base across the globe. LHS has implemented its own developed ERP solutions in different verticals across India, Africa and UAE.
With the growing business, there was a sense of urgency to put a system in place which should enable customer to record there issues remotely. LHS has made and launched the system over internet for client to raise system related issues in form of requisition remotely. Our intend is to build a bridge between
LHS and Client to remove understanding gaps and shrink the response time of issues. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is on the top of our agenda. This is the window which can enable client on 24/7 basis to launch the system related issues, can see the historical information of issues, monitor the issue status and so on.
For the purpose, we designed, developed and hosted our web application and link to access is http://183.177.124.183:9095/WebApplication/login.jsp.

    Grief is a normal response to loss, this is the emotional roller coaster of feeling one gets when something or someone that an individual loves has been taken away for them. This can also be due to a loss the individual may have as well. The word grief to most people is associated with a death of a family member, partner or child, but this is not always the case.
