Liberals And Conservatives: Similarities And Differences

Liberals and Conservatives are very different. Liberals believe in government taking action and making choices for us. They believe that government decide how we live. They believe that we should rely heavily on the Government and their terms. Conservatives believe in the exact opposite. They believe in personal responsibility and they believe that the government should have very little to do with how we live. They believe that personal reliance is important in living and that in times of distress, having personal reliance is the only thing that is gonna help. Their views on abortion are of course very different. Liberals believe that a woman is in charge of her body and if they want to abort they should be able to. They also believe that the
Government should help pay for the expenses. Conservatives believe that a birth is one of the most important things. They believe that abortion is the same as murder. They don't think the government should have to pay the expenses because the women made her choice (besides rape of course.) One of the things that they disagree with is the economy. Liberals believe that the government should control the market economy and that is the best choice. Conservatives believe in the free market system where the government is not allowed to interfere unless needed because with no government involved the economy grows and helps more people. With both of these groups fighting against each other politics is changing the viewpoints of others. Changing the viewpoints of others changes politics because America is pretty much run by the people.
