Life During The Middle Ages
During the Middle Ages knowledge and civilization was in a decline until the Renaissance which was a birth of new culture. Renaissance means “rebirth” and from 1300 to 1600 that's exactly what happened to Europe. Trade, knowledge, learning, and the quality of life had a very drastic increase during the Renaissance, and from this the most iconic painters, inventors, and sculptures were born from this period.

The Renaissance emerged after the Middle Ages that were plagued with political instability, wars, decline of the church, and the plague. These events prompted a need for a change. During the Renaissance people developed new ideas about art, government, and human potential. People became more secular and more interested in scientific studies
