My control of the class was quite good, no problems this lesson. I have seen my framework for good behaviour works well with this class, Student B and Student F were noisy at beginning, but were given first warnings and did complete the work to a good level, I need to make more effort to use a regular routine at …show more content…
All students understood what they were doing, and I had not seen any difficult and complaining.

After I designed the structure and the content of this lesson I considered all the activities in the lesson and all possible means of assisting learning. I have devised haw to use resources and teaching aided including: Whiteboards, Slides, Flipcharts, Diagrams, PowerPoint, Pictures and Overhead transparencies. The lesson process was active learning whereby students engage in activities.
Active learning is a process whereby students engage in activities and cooperative, I used Multicultural teaching to gain Inclusive Teaching Strategies, I used different teaching style to make sure that they are understand the topic and to make sure they are benefiting, then I have seen the impact if their learning.

In this lesson I guided to my students skills relating to a form of corporate strategy focused on outcomes and achievements (Results oriented), there was a successful focus on developing skills and obtaining correct answers rather than enhancing understanding.
I advised them to do exercises independently (Work independently) unless it is necessary to work with group so they learned working well both independently and in groups.
