Strategies
1. Review material over the week before the test
2. Do not cram when studying
3. Get a good nights sleep
4. Eat a nutritious meal
5. Read the directions to the test if you don’t understand ask questions
6. Take a deep breath to manage stress
7. Answer all questions that that your sure then go back to the others so you can spend time.
8. Don’t procrastinate work ahead.

2. Keep all returned quiz and test results in a folder to review
