After moments of silence the two shared, “Why did you do this?” She gasped out. “You wouldn't understand.” He confessed to the woman bleeding out before him. She started coughing and put her hand to her mouth, when she pulled back there was blood. She gave a mirthless laugh, “Well, this isn't how I thought my day would go.” She declared to her soon to be killer. Several hours before this event happened the girl, Lilith Brooke, never would’ve thought she would be killed. The chances of being killed in your lifetime are 1 in 270, she thought she was safe, oh how wrong she was.
