Lillian Infiniti Incident Report
REPORTER: The reporter (Sharon) called with concerns for the victims, Lillian, Infiniti (has a child/victim), and three unknown children (17 years old and younger/ Infiniti’s siblings). On last night (04/25/2016), the father (David) tricked Lillian into coming home, and Lillian (Kawanna’s daughter) got into an argument with Infiniti. Kawanna (David’s girlfriend) pushed Lillian’s head into a wall. David grabbed Lillian and began shaking her. The reporter said Kawanna, David, Infiniti, and Kawanna’s other daughter jumped on the child. The reporter police was contacted, but no one was arrested because the reporter told the officer to give the child report, so she could go and press charges. The reporter said Lillian was living with her 6 or 7 months ago, and when David’s mother passed away, David began mistreating Lillian. The reporter said David and Kawanna are using cocaine, crack, weed, and pills. The reporter said David is selling drugs and he’s an alcoholic (unknown if the children have access). There is traffic in and out of the home. Also, the reporter said David is stealing electricity (lights), gas, and water, and he is currently on the HUD program. 1 ½ months ago, David and Kawanna got into a fight in front of the children, and David went to jail. Lillian has not been in school this school year because David was supposed to go to the school and talk to the principal about getting her in school. Kawanna’s children are not in school; the reporter said the children do not attend the school because they are lazy. The reporter said David and Kawanna are selling their food stamps for drug. Taylor lives with Brother Bob wife Sue, and their 5yr old son. Client has one son age 5yrs old who is currently living with Father. Husband is seeking a divorce from Taylor, and sole custody of son David. Taylor is currently unemployed. Taylor recently lost job due to being late, leaving early and missing too many days. Client attends church every Sunday with brother, and brother’s family. On October 1 2013 Taylor was arrested for possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, and court order to complete a program by Bellflower Justice Center. First interviewed on 11/15/2013 client admitted to using methamphetamine, but blame her husband for recent arrest. Client said she started using when her father died in January 2011, and has continued until her arrest on 10/1/2013. Client denied having any prior arrest. Client stated that although at first the meth help numbed the pain it was taking more of the drug to numb the pain. Client also stated that when the client tried to stop using the client could not. Client started out snorting the drug, but began smoking for a stronger affect. Clients use has increased over time and is now at 2 grams a day. A check into criminal history revealed two prior arrests, March 7 2012 for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and May 5 2010 for disorderly conduct. Both arrest resulted in convictions, and have been delt with. Client is currently on calendar for 12/13/2013 for proof of enrollment in a program.
