Homework exercises may be done individually or in groups of up to four students. Work done in groups will be marked in the same way as work done individually, and all group members will receive the same mark for the assignment. If you are working as a group, it is your responsibility to make sure that all group members’ names are listed on the assignment and that all group members have access to the marked assignment after it has been returned.
Late assignments will not generally be accepted. If you are unable to hand in an assignment on time for genuine reasons beyond your control (e.g., severe illness, etc.), you will need to provide appropriate documentation so that exceptions might be considered. If you know in advance that you will be unable to come to class to hand in an assignment, please arrange to hand it in ahead of time.

For nouns, indicate whether they are count or mass; for verbs, indicate whether they are intransitive, transitive, or ditransitive. Your answers should be based on how the words are used in the sentences, not on other ways in which the same words might be used in different contexts.
