Lincoln Vs. Kennedy: Comparing Lincoln And Kennedy
Lincoln and Kennedy Abraham Lincoln and JFK were two very different men. Lincoln was known as "honest Abe", where Kennedy had his scandals. Both presidents had different views and presidential styles. Even their looks were completely opposite. Aside from their differences, however, Lincoln and Kennedy have some eerie similarities and many involving the men's assassinations. To start of with, there are many numerical coincidences dealing with dates and names. Lincoln was first elected to congress in 1846. Kennedy's first time elected to congress was exactly a century apart in 1946. Although both men's experiences with getting there are different, the dates being a century apart continue making the coincidence even more interesting.

    John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon had different life-styles, but there were some events in their lives that were a like. The biggest similarity between the two former Presidents was to become the President in 1960. Even though they had a long road to this they both knew that, that is what they wanted. Obviously, this could not be the fate of both men, but it is what the two really wanted in life. They started out there political careers the same year and same department.
