Grammar: syntax, morphology.
Part of Speech: noun, adjective, stative, pronoun, numeral, verb (auxiliary verb, modal verb), adverb, modal word, interjection, preposition, conjunction, particle, article.
Simple word: morpheme, affix, prefix, suffix; derivation: derivative, compound word, conversion.
Grammatical category: person, number, case, gender; tense, aspect, voice, mood; degrees of comparison.
Sentence: phrase (noun, verb, adjective, etc.), simple sentence, composite (compound, complex) sentence, clause.
Parts of sentence; subject, predicate, link verb/copula, predicative/complement, object (direct object, indirect object, cognate object, prepositional object), adverbial modifier, attribute, independent elements (parenthesis, direct address).
*The students should be able to define the given terms, know their counterparts in Lithuanian and provide examples (where possible).
