1) Parents and guardians showing their children or child love and support. Being supportive of a child's dream or goal helps as well, but only sincere and genuinely forms or support because children can see right through the fake which hurts the child or children.
2) Promoting self love - Okay we all know that self love truly is the start to a wonderful life. Children that begin to accept their flaws and recognize their strengths and weakness understand that only themselves can hold them back. I do not care if a child or person is a natural born book smart genius him or her have weakness and flaws or some sort. Sam is a 20-year-old college student who struggles with school, relationships, and keeping a job. When something bad happens, such as when Sam loses a job or if he fails a class, he becomes depressed and is unable to recover for long periods of time.
