LOCAL LITERATURE ABOUT DENTAL RECORD SYSTEM
The system provides a variety of features to have solution in facing the patients in non hassle searching of patents record.
The system is made for the use of Ms. Donna Cecilia B. De Veyra, Tacloban City that will help them lessen their work in inputting and retrieving records of the patients. This is made as a user friendly to access easily the system. However, it is necessary for the user to be computer literate and be aware of the entire system.
The study is concerned with the information system of Ms. Donna Cecilia B. De Veyra, Tacloban City; it will be a big help for the Dentist and the user.
User => can input information, add new patient and search Administrator => can access the entire system; to input, update, and view.
SOFTWARE NEEDED TO CREATE A DENTAL RECORD SYSTEM
Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0
PROBLEM:
The problem of this Dental Clinic. Is the use a manual transaction they still encounter problems when it comes to concern of patients specially on setting appointment, storing/keeping of files, hassle searching of patient’s record and history that causing the doctor to delay the medication of the patients.

CONCLUSION:
I want to add a process of this system of how this system can delete the old patients and add a calendar and date record of the patient. Date record process FOR EXAMPLE (when the patient wants to go in this dental clinic automatic the name and record of the patient can save by its date, time and year).
