Our New York pickup/dropoff location is a bus stop in Midtown Manhattan on West 31st Street between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue. We do share our Midtown stop with another company, so we are sometimes loading closer to 8th Avenue, and at other times we are loading closer to 9th Avenue. But we always pick up on West 31st Street.
