1.1 Question 1 SPSL serves other business organization in its country of founding and as such, the businesses that it serves can be considered its customers.
• Employing a sales force in promoting the business activities of SPSL is important in that the sales force will build trust with customers in which case they will be able to trust the quality of services, as they shall have a direct conduct with the sales force.
• In the current business environment, customers will gain trust of a company products and services through consistent follow up as well as communication with the sales representatives.
• It is evident from business statistics in marketing that, sales representatives will normally engage customers in all stages of the business relationship (Kingson, 1996, p. 20).
• Customers are able to make inquiries regarding the pricing strategy, the quality of the service offered, terms of operation and the company policy with regard to contracts among other items of concern (Kate, 2008, p. 17).
• Sales people will be effective in playing the roles of informing the customers about the above-mentioned aspects of business relationships and operation and thus attract prospective customers to engage in business with the company.
• This will in turn increase the market base for SPSL within the new region where it plans to establish (Kingson, 1996, p. 25).
• The fact that trust will be build through close customer relationships with the sales force will increase customer satisfaction in which case it will be possible to retain the customers and gain their loyalty for this company in as far as service delivery and terms of operations are concerned.
• The lobbying processes in which the sales force will visit different category organization (customers) in their work places will ensure that they increasingly create awareness of the brand that the company offers. This will ensure that prospective customers are made aware of this brand so that they can make
