Lord Capulet allowed Romeo to stay at the Capulet party even though Romeo is a Montague. Tybalt found
Secondly, Mercutio and Benvolio's decision to bring Romeo to the Capulet party, and Romeo's acceptance to go, brought both Romeo and Juliet one step closer to their deaths despite the fact that they had not even met each other yet. It was at this feast, where the two lovers met for the first time. At the beginning of the story, the reader is informed that Romeo has ended the relationship with his former lover, Rosaline. Because he was very depressed, his friends persuaded Romeo to go to the feast to look for another girl. The problem was that the feast was hosted by the Capulets. Romeo was the only Montague there; however, Capulet decided not to ask Romeo to leave in an attempt to prevent a fight. At the party, Romeo and Juliet met each other, and there was…
second reason why i think he is responsible for Romeos and Juliets death is because, He is…
lord capulet is the person responsible for romeo and juliet's deaths. One reason lord capulet is to blame is because he had a feud with lord montague “see, what a scourge is laid upon your hate”(5.3.291). The feud that lord capulet has with the montague is to blame because if there were no feud, Romeo and Juliet would not have had to go behind their parents backs and get married without permission.then lord capulet would not have tried to force Juliet to marry county paris. This brings me to my second point:Lord capulet forced juliet to marry paris when she really didn't want to; “I tell thee what. get thee to church o’ thursday or never after look me in the face again speak not reply not never answer me”(3.5.161-263).If lord capulet had…

In shakespeare's play The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet, several characters actions led to the death of the young couple;however Lord Capulet seems to be the most responsible.…

In the final scene of the play the prince states that some will be pardoned and some will be punished. Someone needs to take responsibility for the death, devastation, and horror that they have caused in the streets of Verona. The feuding families have scared the people and run amok for too long. We believe that the Capulets are responsible for the feud and the fight at the beginning of the play.…
Romeo is the most to blame for the events that occur in Romeo and Juliet because he doesn’t ask the Capulet’s permission for his and Juliet’s marriage. At the end of the story…
Lord Capulet was a part in this tragedy because he said he would disown Juliet if she didn't marry Juliet. This caused Juliet to go to the friar for help because she didn't want to marry Paris. Juliet went to the Friar for help she got the potion and drank it. When Capulet found out his daughter was dead he was heartbroken. He believed Romeo killed her. “Despised, distressed, hated, martyred, killed!” (SS 460). Lord Capulet says this after he finds his daughter dead after she wakes up from being ‘dead’.…
After the chaotic brawl (1.1) Romeo still took the risk of attending the Capulet's feast for meeting Rosaline. In order to protect Tybalt's kin he had to act recklessly when he saw Romeo at their feast. He said, "What, dares the slave/Come hither, with an antic face, /To fleer and scorn at our solemnity?" (1.5.54-56). When Tybalt saw Romeo he expressed his insecurity about a Montague invading their celebration. He also said, "Now, by the stock and honour of my kin, /To strike him dead I hold it not a sin" (1.5.57-58). Here Tybalt's aggressive reaction was reasonable as Romeo was a Montage, his foe. When Lord Capulet prevents Tybalt from attacking Romeo for intruding their feast, he…
Ever wonder how things would change if Lord Capulet didn’t so some of the things he did in Romeo and Juliet. He did a lot of things that made Juliet a mess, and he didn’t even know it. I bet if Lord Capulet acted different, Romeo and Juliet would probably have a better or happy ending and it wouldn’t have been as sad as it was. Romeo and Juliet would have been a happier story if he wasn’t the reason Romeo and Juliet died. That’s right, I believe he was the reason Romeo and Juliet died in the end of the book.…
Many of the misfortunes that occur during the play are blamed on fate, chance, coincidence, and luck. The lovers may not have met if it was not for coincidence. An illiterate servant stumbled upon Romeo asking him to read an invitation. "What names the writing person hath here writ. . .I must to the learned" (Iii 42-43). Luckily enough it happened to be an invitation to the Capulet ball. This brought forward the quick dismissal of Rosaline, Romeo's past love interest, and the introduction of Juliet, the "rich jewel" (Iv 45). Romeo's presence at the ball brought up conflict with Tybalt, who quickly recognised him as the enemy. His pride was wounded when his uncle told him that Romeo "shall be endur'd!" (Iv 76). This provoked a duel between the two. "I hate hell, all Montagues and thee" (Ii 65). It was only by chance Mercutio was killed under Romeo's arm. Tybalt had intended to kill Romeo. Romeo didn't want to fight Tybalt as they were now cousins. "(I) love thee better than thou canst devise" (IIIi 66). Mercutio blamed Romeo for coming between them. "Why the dev'l came you between us" (IIIi 98). However Romeo blamed fate for the incidents, declaring "I am fortune's fool" (IIIi 132). Fate was held responsible for both the love and deaths that occurred in Romeo and Juliet.…
He is the Capulet that always angry and like to make trouble. His temper make him just think about get revenge on Romeo and make the bloody fight happens. He make the two families feud become more harsh and harsh that it feel like never end.“ What drown and talk of peace. I hate the word as I hate hell, all Montagues and thee.” ( Act 1, scene 1, pg 8). He never listen to everyone like in the story that the Friar had say mad men don’t listen to advice. He breaks Romeo and Juliet apart after that bloody fight. Romeo have to live in Mantua and that fact leads to the letter doesn’t arrive to Romeo. The fact that Tybalt can’t control his temper and leads to the death of Romeo and Juliet we can’t not leave…

Many people are to blame but three certain people come to mind. In this story two lover’s (Romeo and Juliet) meet each other at a party and fall in love, after the party Romeo is heading home and hears Juliet out her window on her balcony talking to herself.
