You will need to read the topics on the website from Discovery and Settlement of the New World, 1400-1500 and English Colonies, 1600-1650 and American Society Takes Shape, 1650-1763(only Origins of Slavery and Diversity).* *This assignment will cover chapters 1 & 2 in your textbook which includes pages 1-62. There is a tab which will correlate information on the website with where you will find it in the textbook. The textbook for this class is American History: A Survey (12e) Brinkley.
