Throughout this case, Louise made many efforts to help Pete achieve success in the general education environment. For example, she spent many hours outside of school brailling assignments, book, and worksheets for Pete, allowing him to actively participate in everyday class. Unfortunately, Ms. Cunningham made this process difficult for her, as she constantly changed her mind about daily activities, assignments, etc. This made it difficult for Louise to properly prepare for Pete, as she rarely knew what the actual lesson plan was supposed to be. Despite these unfavorable conditions, Louise was still able to help Pete in the general education
