Low-level Management Skills
A. The greatest deterrent to women is that they are women. A kind of patriarchal – male dominant social order is the building block to them in their way towards success.
B. Women's family obligations also bar them from becoming successful in both developed and developing nations.
C. Another argument is that women entrepreneurs have low-level management skills. They have to depend on office staffs and intermediaries, to get things done, especially, the marketing and sales side of business. Marketing means mobility and confidence in dealing with the external world, both of which women have been discouraged from developing by social conditioning. Even when they are otherwise in control of an enterprise, they often depend on males of the family in this area.
D. The male - female competition is another factor, which develop hurdles to women in the business management process. Despite the fact that women entrepreneurs are good in keeping their service prompt and delivery in time, due to lack of organizational skills compared to male entrepreneurs women have to face constraints from competition. The confidence to travel across day and night and even different regions and states are less found in women compared to male entrepreneurs. This shows the low level freedom of expression and freedom of mobility of the women .
E. Low-level risk taking attitude is another factor affecting women folk decision to get into work. Low-level education provides low-level self-confidence and self-reliance to the women folk to engage in business, which is continuous risk taking and strategic cession making profession. Investing money, maintaining the operations and plough in back money for surplus generation requires high risk taking attitude, courage and confidence. Though the risk tolerance ability of the women folk in day-to-day life is high compared to male members, while in business it is found opposite to that.
F. Achievement motivation of the women folk found less compared

    “Although in recent years women have increased their representation in the labor market, they remain under-leveraged as a source of talent and leadership in employing organizations in nearly every country around the globe” (Festing). In male-dominated organizations, women are under high amounts of pressure to perform and prevent mistakes (Festing). Studies have also shown that women are more likely to search for a job in a career where they are less likely to be discriminated against; suggesting that women are being intimidated by male-dominated organizations (Polavieja). “Women only constitute 4.6% of CEO positions and 19.2% of board of directors at S&P’s 500 companies” (Festing). A large amount of leadership positions have lower salaries for women than for men with the same job description. This disparity is unfounded and most times detrimental to companies.     Recognition of the need of women entrepreneurship has grown considerably in Bangladesh over the recent years. Because of the recognition, more supportive environment has been created for the women and more and more women entrepreneurs are engaging in business especially in small business and other self- employments. And this sector is now contributing a significant portion to total GDP as well as in the development of local economy. We won’t give onerous but simple and tardy example of it. It is now playing a pivotal role in the creation of loan, in the invention of new market etc. So, there are huge prospects of this sector .Women entrepreneurs of this sector are now suffering from acute shortage of start-up capital, introducing variations in the level of business etc. We could not take our decision solely based on above discussion. For that reason, we conduct our survey and develop our questionnaire with a multiple choice and rank order items. We surveyed 20 women entrepreneurs of 20 beauty parlors and collected our primary data. Then we went through some books, journals, websites etc to develop our further decision.     Most high level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent women. This leads to unequal rights between males and females. I think that companies should be force to give a certain amount of these positions to women. As we know, women nowadays are well educated. For instance, they’ve graduated from university as men. They can use what they’ve studied and sometimes they even do things better than males. Moreover, some women at school or university can achieve their grade well. It indicates that women know what men know. Furthermore, women have stronger communication skills than men. They are friendly and optimistic. They can talk to anyone easily; especially, they can persuade business partners in all conditions. It means that they were born to communicate. Likewise, it is one of the abilities to be a good manager or boss. Another reason is that women can reach their staff mutual understanding in workplace. For example, my aunt is a manager in an organization, when her staffs come late she asks for the reasons and provides some solutions for them.     In Pakistan, women entrepreneurs do not enjoy the same opportunities as men due to a number of deep-rooted discriminatory socio-cultural values and traditions. Furthermore, these restrictions can be observed within the support mechanisms that exist to assist such fledgling businesswomen. The economic potential of female entrepreneurs is not being realised as they suffer from a lack of access to capital, land, business premises, information technology, training and agency assistance. The policy and institutional framework for developing entrepreneurial skills, providing vocation education and training has widened the horizon for economic empowerment of women. However, women constitute only one third of the economic enterprises. There exist a plethora of successful business women entrepreneurs both in social and economic fields in India.
