Dreams can be described as a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep. When it comes to dreams there are many different types such as ordinary dreams, lucid dreams,day dreams, false awakening dream and nightmares. Ordinary dreams happen during the rapid eye movement which is apart of the 5 stages of sleep. During ordinary dreams, your mind stores knowledge, impressions, information and experiences from the day. It is said that a person may experience 3-5 different dreams a night and even forget the dream the next morning.
Next is Lucid Dreaming. Lucid dreaming also known as conscious dreaming is when you are aware that you are dreaming. Lucid and Ordinary dreaming are similar to each other but
