On Friday, September 30, 2016 at 0806 hours, this writer spoke with Ms. Sandra Reyes via phone. Ms. Sandra Reyes is the mother and reporting person for M-1 and M-2 (Jessica Reyes). Ms. Sandra Reyes is a Spanish speaking individual. This writer was assisted by Officer Roman for the translation and interpreting of the conversation along with Mr. Bryan Reyes, who is the brother of M-1 and M-2. Ms. Reyes, reports M-1 and M-2 often leave the home without permission. She also reports this is not the first time her daughters have left home without permission.

This writer spoke to Mr. Bryan Reyes, via phone who is the brother of M-1 and M-2. He told this writer M-1 is known to have a boyfriend named Alex unknown last name. Who he believes works at PG Mall in the food court. Mr. Bryan reyes does not know what Alex looks like.

At 0851 hours, this writer spoke to Beck, of teletype and advised M-1’s first name needed to be corrected in NCIC. This writer also made the changes in Colbalt.

At 1204 hours, this writer met with Ms. Sandra Reyes at her place of abode. Ms. Reyes gave this writer permission to conduct an inside search for M-1 and M-2 with negative results. Fliers were given to Ms. Reyes of M-1 and M-2.

Today is a planning development day for teachers only in Washington, D.C. for public schools.

At 1428 hours, this writer sent request for fliers to be posted to social media and temperature
