MSI Sales Representative Case Study
MSI Sales Representative (SR) shall promote and market MSI residential photovoltaic solar systems (“Solar Systems”) and related services to MSI clients based on the pricing structure defined in Exhibit “C” through MSI approved sales programs. SR will remain up to date on all MSI sales policies and offerings and will not offer any system for sale that does not conform to MSI’s standards as modified and updated from time to time.

SR’s responsibilities will include the development of potential clients for Residential Solar Systems through SR’s independent methods, skills, and strategies. Responsibilities rendered by SR may also include providing consultation services related to Solar Systems or MSI operations.

Be familiar with the products, services and financing programs available to the customers and potential customers of MSI including but not limited to power purchase agreements, leases, prepaid leases, and direct sales.
2. Perform marketing and lead generation of potential MSI customers, including development of prospects for the sale of MSI residential solar systems and following up with prospective client leads provided by Employer.
3. Represent Employer exclusively in soliciting and selling residential solar systems. This includes evaluating the needs and explaining MSI programs to potential customers. SR will not market or sell the products or services of any other solar company while employed by Employer.
4. Maintain any license SR is required to have in order to fulfill his or her obligations under this Agreement.
5. Comply with all policies and procedures established by Employer concerning the conduct and operation of Employer’s business, including but not limited to policies and procedures concerning: i) presentation of services to prospective clients; ii) internal office management matters such as maintenance of client files, attendance at staff meetings, and other organizational and personnel

9. Complete and transmit information and documents to MSI regarding potential sales for Solar Systems, including, but not limited to, documents pertaining to Contracts, Home Owners Association Requests, and financing, as needed to enable MSI to complete contracts for Solar Systems with customers. All leads and contacts are to be regularly logged by SR and are the property of MSI.
10. Submit all Pre-Install Documents within two working days of receipt or signing, including:
a. Sales Contracts signed by customers of MSI.
b. Completed MSI Project Information Sheets for each signed contract.
c. Copy of the customer's full utility bill for Solar systems.
d. All documents pertaining to Home Owners Association Requests, financing, etc.
11. Submit all Post-Install Documents within two working days of receipt or signing, including:
a. Acceptance letters from the customer as specified in the contracts for each service.
b. Any outstanding documents required to complete utility interconnection, monitoring or other associated services.
12. Keep MSI customers and potential customers updated on at least a weekly basis of their project’s
