Macaroni Grill Case Study

Even though I was a server at both Ryan’s and Macaroni Grill, the environment was very different. Ryan’s is a buffet and the customers didn’t need much service, while Macaroni Grill is a full service and customers needed a lot. Another difference between the two was the managers. At Ryan’s the managers was very disrespectful and inappropriate with the employees. Macaroni Grill however, had very friendly and respectful managers. On the other hand, employees were a big difference at each restaurant. Ryan’s had older and bossy employees, while Macaroni Grill had employees closer to my age and was very nice.
