Madam Rent Man

In Madam and The Rent Man by Langston Hughes. The tone of Langston Hughes is very confident in the way he wrote the poem. Where this all occurred was in an apartment where the man lives and he has to pay rent for it. Symbolism and an hyperbole stood out to me in the poem. They made the poem more interesting to read and talk about.
