How to make a Pizza

Introduction

Pizza is one of the most popular dishes around the world. It is usually a flat round bread, which is oven-baked and topped with tomato sauce, and cheese, Toppings are also added depending on personal preferences. And now I will be showing you how to make a pizza.

Making the pizza dough

To make hand-make dough you will need to have a large mixing bowl a measuring cup, measuring spoons, whisk or a mixing spoon. The ingredient that you will need is 2 teaspoons of dry yeast, Cup of Warm water, 4 Cups of flour and a pinch of salt.
First Pour the warm water in a large mixing bowl, and then dissolve the yeast by stirring continuously. After the mixture is dissolved add the three cups of flour into the bowl and whisk the mixture until its smooth. After the mixture has turned into a firm dough, take the dough out and begin to knead the dough on a floured surface. Once you can roll the dough into a ball you can start using a rolling pin to turn the dough into flat circular shape.
Pizza topping
Ingredients: cheese (preferably mozzarella) and tomato sauce, the rest of the ingredients can be to your preference for example ham, pepperoni, pepper or onions.
First you should take a spoon or two full of tomato sauce and spread out evenly all around the top of the base leaving an inch gap of the edge to create a crust. Now you sprinkle about two cups of shredded cheese all over the sauce to create the second layer. After this you may want to add extra toppings for extra texture and flavor.
Once you are happy with your pizza you are ready to cook it in the oven

Once you have prepared your kitchen you can get started on the recipe. First pour a pound of whole pecans and a teaspoon of cinnamon into the food processor and grind them to a fine chop. If you do not own a food processor you can purchase finely chopped pecans and hand mix the cinnamon into them; however, I do recommend the food processor method because you can chop the pecans to a nearly dust-like consistency. Set the cinnamon pecan blend aside while you start to prepare your dough.…

The Process of making Pizza Sauce: To make the sauce you must start out with whole tomatoes and herbs. (Most sauces also use tomato paste.) You then coarsely crush the tomatoes and add herbs and tomato paste while heating on medium to high heat, you also must stir to spread the herbs around evenly. While sauce is heating, water vapors are evaporated from the tomatoes. Thus, a chemical reaction has occurred.…

Although we love our modern-day version pizza pie, where did it all begin? In my research, I found several opinions of the origin, but there is a consensus that this baked goodness is over one thousand years old. Ed Behr of Art of Eating newsletter states, "The written record of the word pizza, in the sense of foccacia, goes back to the Codex Cajetanus of the year 997." And there is speculation that even Plato spoke of pizza in his Republic: "They will provide from their barley and flour from their wheat and kneading and cook these… they (the cakes) will also have relishes – salt… and of olives and cheese; and onions and greens." Although this is probably not the case, it is interesting to imagine one of our great minds of history philosophizing about something so miniscule. Behr continues to suggest that "pizza is an alternation of the Greek word pitta, which was introduced to southern Italy during the Byzantine conquest of the sixth century." Evelyn Slomon, author of The Pizza Book, states, "The name [pizza] comes from a southern Italian corruption of the Latin adjective picea (peechia), which described the black tar-like coating underneath the placenta, a pie made of the finest flours, a topping of cheese mixed with honey, and a seasoning of bay leaves and oil." Athough the origin of the name is in question, we do know that because tomatoes…

Upon your first bite you are overwhelmed with herbs and spices seasoned to please ones mouth. The cheese has a slight crisp to it as well as with a little salty, gooey satisfaction that melts in your mouth. Made with fresh tomatoes’, the sauce has a hint of garlic, basil, oregano. It gives the pizza a sweetness and acidic flavor that is both mesmerizing. The charcoal crust that is slightly buttered around the edges is baked to perfection. It is covered with countless meats that make it hard to differentiate between them all. The pepperoni has a salty and greasy taste to it while the ham has a smokey maple flavored. With the Pork and Italian sausage they complement each other well. They have a spicy and plain taste to them that kind of reminds you of sweet and sour. And the addition of bacon it adds to the crisp chewy grease taste.…

Every kind of pizza begins with the crust, but before you have crust you have pizza dough. The soft off-white pizza dough is very malleable. The dough feels cool in your hands as you shape it into a circle adding flour as you knead the dough, and of course there’s the tossing of the dough in the air and catching it which in my opinion is the fun part. After you have your pizza dough shaped and ready, you spread the ingredient that really sets off the pizza, tomato sauce. The aroma of tomatoes and spices blended together perfectly smell wonderfully, and the zesty and robust taste is even better when you have the perfect sauce. After you apply the sauce, you add a layer of cheese. Mozzarella is the usual choice for cheese as it complements the pizza rather well. Especially when my favorite pizza toppings are added which are pepperoni, sausage, and Canadian bacon. Together, the ingredients create an amazing pizza. The last step in creating a pizza is baking the pizza. Hearing the tempting sound of the cheese sizzling as it melts atop the sauce covered golden brown crust in the oven almost makes you want to take the pizza out early and devour it.…

The dough for the pizza is done and now you just have to roll each of the pieces into flat circles and put it on an oven tray. After you did it then comes the most interesting and fun part; you put toppings on your pizza. First take a brush and spread ketchup on the dough. Then put all the other toppings on it in order. First comes ham, then sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and at the end grated cheese. Now when it is done the only thing you need to do now is bake it. Put it in the oven for 10-12…
