Mala Prohibita Research Paper
Mala Prohibita is a Latin term that translates to mean “wrong because it is prohibited.” This is used the legal system in reference to acts that are not necessarily wrong by their very nature – such as rape or murder. Those crimes would be wrong because there are laws prohibiting it, Mala prohibita acts include such things as failing to pay your taxes or driving on the wrong side of the freeway.
