Malala Accomplishments
Malala Yousafzai
Do you want to have equal rights for all men and women? Well a young bright hearted girl named Malala Yousafzai did, and she stood for it. She was tired of people who thought they could just walk over women like they owned them. Such as her early life being effected, or obstacles she had to overcome, and plain just get things for her accomplishments. So she did something about that and some things went extremely well for her, but somethings went extremely terrible. But then again she was a fighter. Malala’s early life was effected because, Malala was July 12, 1997 (Kettler, 2013). She was born on July 12, 1997. She was born in Mingora, Pakistan. Her father said, “As soon as I saw her I knew she was very grand and beautiful.” At the age of only 12 she had become an advocate for girl’s education (Kettler, 2013). Malala has overcome many obstacles in life. Malala has never been ordinary, but in a good ay not a weird crazy child who didn’t have any friends (TFK staff, 2012). She was awarded the noble peace prize, at the age of 16 (TFK staff, 2012). She got that at the age of 16, she should get more than that but that’s coming up soon. She was the young nominee in history, for the noble peace prize (TFK staff, 2012). Malala has written a book named “I am Malala” (Leiby, 2014). Wow I’m impressed she was actually able to write a book good for her. Also what I was talking about in paragraph 4 was that Malala has gotten her own day it’s called Malala day, and it’s held on November 10th. One very special day for a very special girl. Malala’s mother, Toor Pekai is in school learning how to read and write, because Malala allowed her to be able to go to school (Ali, 2015).
