Malala Yousafzai is a 20-year old Pakistani activist for women’s rights and education. She was born on July 12 1997 in Mingora, Pakistan. Malala was would always want to fight for her rights, especially girl’s education. She has started this kind of motivation ever since she was a child. Her father was an advocate for education as well, which impacted Malala’s way of thinking and motivation. Malala’s father, Ziaddin Yousafzai, owned a school, which Malala attended as a child. The Taliban started to bombard schools and tell on girls that they should not be attending school and that they have no right in receiving education. She has been so inspirational many man, women and children. She has accomplished so much, which has helped many people change their mind set and aspect of the world we live in. A very significant moment of her life was when Yousafzai has received the Nobel Peace Prize Award in 2014. She received this award when she was just 17 years old, making her the youngest recipient of this award. She also received this prize along with children’s right activist, Kailash Satyarthi. Because of this she has been TIME Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World” in 2013. Her story has been very inspiring and effective towards everyone across the globe. Despite getting shot in the head by a Taliban at 2012 when she was just 15 years old, it didn’t stop Malala from fighting for girl’s education and rights and continues to educate others, instead it motivated her more and more to keep on fighting. She has showed us all that we should never give up on something believe in and dream of. Malala has also taught us how to forgive. She once stated that if she ever met that Taliban who shot her, she would not take the chance to shoot him back. This has impacted everyone to forgive and to not easily get revenge on someone. She has shown us that there is no age limit to stand up against injustice. She has inspired children to stand up for what they believe in. Malala has reminded all children and adults to not take anything for granted in our
