In total, the forty-nine mana stones had three hundred and fifty-eight days worth of mana inside them. In one month, Arminius would get more mana stones from the House of Laurentius, and then he’d be able to advance to a rank 5 magicians.
To store the mana stones, Arminius fused them into one stone and placed it in the corner of the room. Since the physical size of the mana stone didn’t have anything to do with how much mana it contained, the forty-nine mana stones effortlessly compacted into a single stone with the same amount of combined mana.

The number of rank 1 magicians in the village numbered less than five, and there were no rank 2 magicians. Two of the magicians were Theodoor and Fenna, one was Arminius’ created subordinate, and two were unaffiliated with the House of Laurentius.
